Overview

Ex Watch is a Modern & Responsive Ecommerce Shopify Template suitable for a single product showcase or multiple products of same range. It has all the necessary sections/pages to sell or showcase your product(s). It is based on 1170px Bootstrap responsive grid system.

Theme Installation

Follow the following instructions to install the Exwatch theme on your store. 

  1. From your shop dashboard, go to Online Store > Themes and click on upload theme link. 
  2. Select the zip version of the theme and click on Upload button. 
  3. Once uploaded you'll see the theme listing below the published theme. Click on the publish button to make it live. 

 

Theme Customization

In order to start setting up your theme, you need to customize it. To start customization

  1. Click on the customization link on the theme page

Preset

Preset is the first option. There are no default presets. You can create as many as you like based on the theme settings.

Typography

Typography options allows you to change font family and size to be used for body, header and navigations elements as can been seen in the screenshot

Header

First option is to upload logo. In order to upload logo, click on the image links to replace or add new logo.

Second you can add messages to the header area as shown in the screenshot. 

As can be seen i the above screenshot, menu can also be selected here for the theme header navigation.
 
On right side accounts links are shown. If they are not shown then go to the admin > settings > checkout to enable the accounts creation
 

 

 

Homepage Slideshow

A maximum of 6 sliders can be added to each slideshow. For each slider there is

  1. A checkbox to either show or hide the slider.
  2. Image upload to background image. Leave blank if you don't want to have background image.
  3. Image upload option to upload slide image.
  4. Three text fields to add title and description text.
  5. Button link fields to add link text and link
  6. Video button link fields to add link text and link

Homepage Feature Area 1

This area shows features points area on frontpage. 

This section can be shown/hide by checking/unchecking the first option.

Homepage Feature Area 2

This is the second section for showing product features. 

This section can be shown/hide by checking/unchecking the first option.

This is the third section for showing product features in textual format.

Homepage Feature Apps

This is the section which you can use for showing apps for watches or for showing similar products of the main product.

Homepage Feature Specs

This is the section which can be used to show specifications of the product.

This section can be shown/hide by checking/unchecking the first option.

Homepage Feature Section 4

This is the fourth section for showing product features. It has two column layout so you can use one side for text and the other for images. 

This section can be shown/hide by checking/unchecking the first option.

Homepage Review Blog Section

Here you can change options to show product review and blog sections. 

These section can be shown/hide by checking/unchecking the show/hide option. 

Homepage About Us

This is the  section for showing about us information into the frontpage. 

This section can be shown/hide by checking/unchecking the first option.

Homepage Brands

This is the section that can be used to show brand images.

This section can be shown/hide by checking/unchecking the first option.

Contact Page

In order to use Contact Us page first you need to create a page by going to

Online Store > Pages > Add Page

Add title and select page.content as template. 

Collection Pages

Collection page setting allows you to configure the following options

  1. Number of products count can be set
  2. products option to filter by tags or groups. Learn more about filtering here

Social sharing

Social sharing option can be set from  Customize Theme > Social media section.

 

Setup Multiple Currencies

1. Go to Admin > Settings > General

2. Scroll down to Standards & formats area, you'll see your Currency setting.

3. Click change formatting to open the Currency Formatting dialog.

4. Change HTML with currency and HTML without currency elements in the dialog.
